R.I.P.P.E.D. 90:
Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyo, Endurance, Determination. A non-stop challenge that includes a mix of cardio and strength training. Ninety days of hard work will pay off, you will see the difference, and you will feel better than ever! This is a class that takes team training to the next level. Join us to get RIPPED!
Boot Camp:
Fitness should be a way of life for everyone. It is a daunting task for anyone to start and stick to a regular training program. This is why there are options for those that want to lose weight, get fit, and have fun in a motivating environment like Boot Camp. Boot Camp provides a safe environment for the attendees to feel comfortable, motivated, feel the burn and get into shape. Each day you will be surprised of what muscle group you have worked!
Mystery Class: Its a mystery so come in and find out!
Weight-Loss Challenge:
