CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
For Everyone
Interval 1 2 3: 30 minute total body workout. 3 stations, 3 different levels, overall body fatigue in a group setting. Are you ready for the challenge? Warm and cool down on your own!
Cycle and Abs:This is a great class for anyone who likes to mix things up! Come and enjoy a cycle class and intense a workout with enjoyment of the abs. Be prepared to mix it up! Guaranteed a great workout for all those trouble areas!.
Cycle Interval- Cycle with a touch of total body strength. Time for a challenge you have not tried before. If you are at a slump with your workouts, this class will help you smile at your results. Enjoy!
Power Hour Interval Training- Outdoor interval training - This is a diverse workout using principles of cross training in an intense format. Be ready to have fun, work hard and get ready for the weekend!
YOGA- Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. As you exercise, you meditate on what your body is feeling and try to be “one with the universe.”
Active Older Adults 60+
Yoga Toes: This class emphasis is on strength and flexibility. Chair yoga combines all without holding every pose for a long period of time. You will feel refreshed and enlightened when you walk out of this class
Fit for you- is designed to give you energy, strength and flexibility. Range of motion with a 50/60 flare! You will laugh and realize what your body has been missing. A time to reflect on YOU!
Movement for You- is designed for the new exerciser. You can start where you are and progress at your own pace. Motion/Balance/Flexibility/Posture/Strength. Small groups in a safe environment with expert instruction and individualized attention.
4 Week Session Specialty Class
Boot Camp- Fitness should be a way of life for everyone. It is a daunting task for anyone to start and stick to a regular training program. This is why there are options for those that want to lose weight, get fit, and have fun in a motivating environment like boot camp. Boot camp provides a safe environment for the attendees to feel comfortable, motivated, feel the burn and get into shape. Each day you will be surprised of what muscle group you have worked!
