I have been a client of Pro-Fitness from many years and during that time I lost a total of 125 lbs. and developed an interest in running. I ran my first 10-K race in 1998, and have participate4d in over to 70 running events, 13 of those being full marathons. I’ve particiapted in full marathons in Green Bay, Milwaukee, Appleton, Chicage, and New York. When I ran my first 10-K back in 1998, I never thought I would run one marathon let alone 13. This is where I must give credit to the team of trainers at Pro-Fitness. They always have you setting goals for yourself. This staff will work with you, one on one, to help you meet those goals. They have a lot of nutritional information, and the sessions will always challange you to do better than before. It’s a lot of hard work, but worth the effert in the end. I want to thank Eric Destache and the Pro Fitness team for helping me to reach my fitness goals. At the age of 52, I came to Pro Fitness with chronic knee pain, middle age weight gain, and a two pack a day smoking habit. My first goals were; one deep knee bend, and one military style push up and to put a halt to my weight gain. Three years later, I hold an American Record (Drug free USAPL) in the dead lift of 303 lbs. I have NO knee pain and can squat 156 pounds. I ‘ve been smoke free for 2 years and Eric and the Pro Fitness team haven’t let my weight get out of hand!
